The content of our work is always around sustainability and social justice.

This can take many forms, such as:

• Changing the way organisations communicate
• Clarifying roles, responsibilities and ways of working
• Helping organisations and communities develop socially responsible and ecologically sound practices
• Helping organisations migrate from hierarchical to co-operative ways of working
• Supporting large scale development and research programmes aimed at empowerment and transformation

The process we use on all our projects is called action research.

At the heart of action research is an emphasis on the genuine involvement and participation of the people we work with. Action research works with what is really important to individuals and organisations. As its name suggests, action research is about doing. Action research allows people to reflect on what is truly important, communicate openly about this, and then do what needs to be done with passion and integrity.
